Dinner service is available Monday to Saturday, exclusively in The French Room Bar. Dinner service in the dining room is only available during special occasions, such as Valentine's Day.

Afternoon Tea is $80 per person, plus service charge and applicable taxes. A children’s menu is available for $35 per child under the age of 12. Holiday Tea is $85 per adult and $35 per child under the age of 12, plus service charge and applicable taxes.

On average, Afternoon Tea is a two-hour dining experience. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your reservation. A 15-minute grace period is offered for late arrivals; however, delays beyond that may shorten the duration of your experience.

Guests are invited to valet park at The Adolphus. Please enter the valet garage on Commerce Street, just before the front drive of the hotel. The garage entrance will be on the left-hand side after passing the intersection of Commerce Street and Field Street.

For guests of The French Room, valet parking is available at a discounted rate of $12. Please let the valet team know you'll be enjoying Afternoon Tea when you arrive.

At the French Room, guests are encouraged to dress for the occasion. Afternoon Tea is a long-celebrated tradition, and we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shorts, casual hats and shirts, ripped denim and athletic wear while dining. Any guest who does not appear sufficiently well-presented may be refused entry.

All guests are offered a Champagne or non-alcoholic cider toast with Afternoon Tea. Please see our menu for all additional Champagnes by the glass or bottle.

The French Room currently offers a plant-based, vegan tea experience. We can accommodate gluten, dairy, nut and egg allergies with proper notice. If you have a combination of allergies or if your allergy or dietary restriction is not listed above, please give us a call or send us an email at reservations@thefrenchroom.com. Although we will try our best to accommodate each request, we cannot guarantee that every allergy or dietary restriction can be accommodated.

We kindly ask for 72 hours’ notice for cancellations. Reservations canceled within that window will incur a $30 per person fee.

We do not have a waitlist, however, you can add yourself to the notify list via Resy.com or the Resy app. Please note: Our notify list does not guarantee a reservation will become available.

For parties of ten or more, please email reservations@thefrenchroom.com. We can accommodate up to 24 guests at one long table, while groups of 25 or more require a full buyout. Partial buyouts are also available. If you're interested in a private Afternoon Tea experience, we can host you in The French Room Bar.

Our highly anticipated Holiday Tea experience will be available to reserve on Resy on the first Tuesday of October. For those who prefer to reserve by phone or email, please anticipate a delay in response due to the high volume of inquiries.

We welcome babies and children of any age. Please let us know when booking so we can ensure the right size table for your party.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring a cake, though a $3 cake-cutting fee applies, and it will be served with your sweet tier. You may also decorate your table, but please note that helium balloons, glitter, and open flames are not permitted.

Our teas are available for purchase, both on-site and at zakti.com. We also offer decaffeinated options, including peppermint and chamomile.
